Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to every corner of Namibia. Our primary delivery partner is NamCourier, but we can accommodate your preferred courier service. Delivery costs are calculated per order and communicated upfront. For Windhoek-based clients, in-person handover is available.

We believe in complete transparency. Here's what you need to know before placing an order.
💰 50% Deposit Required
All orders require a 50% upfront deposit before we place your international order. The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery or collection. This applies to all custom and imported items.
⏱️ 3–6 Week Delivery Window
International sourcing and shipping takes time. The standard timeframe for custom orders is 3–6 weeks from deposit confirmation. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
🏪 In-Stock Items Available
We maintain a small rotating selection of in-stock items available for immediate or faster delivery. Contact us to enquire about current stock - no deposit or waiting period required for in-stock items.
🤝 Personal Consultations
As a mobile business, we offer in-person consultations in Windhoek. Meet with us to discuss your needs, view samples, or collect your order in person. Contact us to arrange a suitable time and location.
