Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Describe the item(s) you want and we'll provide a quote and confirm availability. Once you're happy with the quote, a 50% deposit confirms your order. There's no online checkout - everything is handled personally.
All custom and imported orders require a 50% deposit upfront. This covers the cost of placing the order with our international supplier. It also protects us both - you're committed to the order, and we're committed to sourcing it. The remaining 50% is paid when the item arrives in Namibia.
We accept EFT (bank transfer), cash payments in person (Windhoek only), and other methods by arrangement. We'll provide our banking details when you confirm your order. We currently do not accept credit or debit card payments online.
Absolutely. We serve customers across all of Namibia. Payments can be made via EFT from anywhere in the country, and we deliver through NamCourier or your preferred courier. You don't need to be in Windhoek to order from us.
There is no formal minimum order value, however delivery costs and import fees may make very small orders less economical. We'll always advise you on whether an order makes financial sense before you commit. Bulk orders often attract better unit pricing.
Delivery & Shipping
Standard orders take approximately 3 to 6 weeks from the date your deposit is received. This includes international shipping time and customs clearance in Namibia. Once the item is in Namibia, domestic delivery via NamCourier typically takes 1β3 business days depending on your location.
We deliver nationwide across all 14 regions of Namibia. This includes Windhoek, Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, Oshakati, Rundu, Katima Mulilo, LΓΌderitz, Keetmanshoop, Otjiwarongo, and all other towns and cities. For remote areas, please enquire about delivery options and costs.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the order. These costs are always communicated upfront as part of your quote. There are no hidden fees.
Yes. Windhoek-based customers are welcome to arrange an in-person collection at a mutually convenient location. This avoids courier costs and allows you to inspect the item on the spot before making final payment.
Products & Stock
We specialise in fashion items, jewellery, electronic accessories, car accessories, and unique lifestyle products. While we can source a very wide range of products in these categories, we may not be able to fulfil every request. We'll always be honest with you if something is beyond our sourcing capability.
Yes - we maintain a small, rotating selection of in-stock items that can be purchased immediately or delivered within a few days. These items change regularly. Contact us via WhatsApp to ask what's currently in stock - there's no website listing for immediate stock, as availability changes fast.
All our products are sourced legally and comply with Namibian import regulations. We work with legitimate international suppliers and all imports pass through standard customs procedures. We do not source counterfeit or illegal goods.
Returns & Refunds
If you cancel before we've placed the international order, you'll receive a full refund of your deposit. Once the order is placed with our supplier, cancellation may incur fees depending on their policy. We'll always be transparent about any applicable deductions and process your refund as quickly as possible.
We inspect every item before it reaches you. If there's a discrepancy between what you ordered and what we received, or if the item arrived damaged during international shipping, we will work to resolve the issue. This may involve sourcing a replacement or providing a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Because our items are custom-sourced and imported to your specification, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preference. We strongly encourage you to be very specific with your requirements before confirming an order so that you receive exactly what you want. We are always available to help clarify specifications before you commit.
